Along the broken road - aka Life

We set out on a narrow way many years ago, not realising our journey, our destiny.

We get lost, and yet we push through. We find the light, the direction, our calling. It’s like every long lost dream, led you to where you are. The ones who broke your heart or tore you down, they were like Northern Stars. They guide you into the loving arms of what and who you deserve.

We recognise in each other’s smiles the hurt, the struggle, but also the strength and the achievement. They understand.

Life is like a jungle gym/ assault course - there are times we slide down so fast, times we have to crawl, but there are also times to climb, to face fears and to achieve what was once thought impossible and unreachable.

It’s the Northern Stars in our lives that show us where we should be and who we are to become. They shine brighter for the lessons they hold.

God bless the broken road that led me straight to you. Is this really a lover, or could it be leading to our greater selves?
